  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment please visit our bookings page, or alternatively you can give us a call on 02392178818
  • How do I book more then one treatment?
    To book more the one treatment at a time, use the booking page apply all treatments required from our list before searching for a time. This will then show you all available days/times we having coming up.
  • When booking an appointment will I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes, please note a minimum £5.00 non refundable deposit is required when booking each treatment.
  • What happens if I can no longer make my appointment?
    If you can no longer make your appointment we do require 24 hours cancellation. We appreciate this is not always possible however with less notice we are unable to fill a slot which means your deposit will be lost. To move an appointment you can do this via our booking page, just log in to your personal area up to 24 hours before. Or drop us a call on 0239217818. If you move your appointment before the 24 hour window deposits will be transferred to your next booking.
  • Do I need a patch test?
    Please note patch tests are required for all tinting, brow/lash lifting, lash extensions and microdermabrasion services. Due to covid they are required for each time an appointment is made at least 24 hours berfore thr service. If you do not have one we will be unable to offer you the treatment and your deposit will be lost.
